1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items such as personal care, beauty products, or intimate items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal care, beauty, or intimate products

  • Customized or personalized items


3. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or wrong items.
