  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days

  • Asia: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or logistics issues.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions during certain periods.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
PrimeViora Lifestyle is not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to the wrong address

  • lost packages due to incorrect details

If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

PrimeViora Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Lost / Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.


8. Order Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or family members

  2. Verify your shipping address

  3. Contact your local post office or courier
